Long time, no see. I think Monday was my last post. Last week was CRAZY busy, I think I got a little burned out. It happens.
However, my friend Cat, was kind enough to keep after me about the 90 Minute Hero Arts Scramble today. I'm so glad she did because it was SO fun to just create!
Stamps/Ink:
HA S5215 Clouds
HA 4878 Old Letter Writing
HA CL267 Card Messages
HA CL299 Happy Birthday
HA Mid-Tone Shadow Ink-Pool & Raspberry Jam
HA Shadow Ink-Soft Pool
HA White Embossing Powder
Distress Ink Pumice Stone
Timeless Twine in Graphite Gray
AND! I had a happy accident/discovery. Pic first:
See the sentiment? Well, I need to explain.
I colored the die cut with ink and *thought* I dried it enough before I stamped in VersaMark and dumped EP on it. Well, it wasn't dry and I had to brush it all off. As a little time went by, the sentiment look bleached.
Now, I'm not allowed to use bleach because disaster. So I think I'll play around with this discovery. The thing is, the sentiment didn't lightened up enough to used just as is. I'll have to figure something out. Maybe darker ink?
I hope you have a great weekend!
