Kid Cards!

Hello Friends!!

I'd like to show you some of the kid cards I made for Operation Write Home (OWH). Sandy, their fearless leader, asked for some kid cards!

I tried to make an equal amount of masculine and feminine cards. Here's my sampling.

Supplies from a Paper Made Bakery Kit. Stamp set from Fresh Squeezed Stamps (that was included in the kit)

Funny back story. I had 2 rulers and a grid mat out to get these panels lined up!

pic is uber blurry and has completely ticked me off but I had to show it because even numbers!!!. Hmph.

I have a stack of 37 cards to send off to OWH! Not bad!

My parents get into town tonight!!! Yay!!!! I'm picking them up after work! Then my sister gets her later this month! My brother is getting married early next month! I'm so looking forward to some family time!!

Thanks for stopping by!
Melissa

Goodness, these are ALL adorable! What a kind soul you have to make that many cards! Did you hear about the Valentine's Day Card Drive that Winter is hosting for children? If not, I can email you the link...

Yay for family time and yay for such adorable children's cards! OWH is lucky to have these. I have been privileged enough to receive a card my husband sent me on his first deployment many moons ago. It's an organization that is dear to me. However, I have not been able to get my act together over the last few months to get mine out. Most of my cards don't meet the "for obvious" reason requirements because I get carried away with layering, so I have to have OWH strictly in mind when I create for them. Now that I wrote a book Melissa....have a great day! :-)
